Vuong Farm is a multigenerational coffee farming, they grow a few specialty heirloom varieties beyond the common Catimor (hybrid Arabica) derived strains planted in the region such as Longberry, Yellow and Orange Bourbon.
This coffee was fermented in full cherries anaerobically for 85 hours before being pulped and dried as coffee mucilage was still attached to the parchment.
